The Information Desk where visitors can pick up a pocket sized map and view monitors that answer 25 standard questions in one of 5 languages (French, English, Spanish, German and Japanese). These are updated regularly. Monitors (overhead & eye level) show responses to waiting visitors, When not in use the monitors revert to a repeat mode showing data on
temporary exhibits, scheduled events, etc. Attendants answer other specific questions.
